ECOES CONVERSION OF AGRO AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

Agricultural, construction, and other specialized machines operating in stationary or semi-stationary modes—or moving at low speeds—have specific operational characteristics marked by high diesel fuel consumption. During stationary operation, the diesel engine continues to run and consume fuel even when the working mechanisms are idle.

The absence of odometers and fuel consumption gauges, combined with high operating costs, creates ideal conditions for diesel theft—often reaching or exceeding 30%. In machines equipped with the ECOES electric drive system, the main electric motor does not run and consumes no energy when the working mechanisms are not engaged. Fuel theft is impossible with ECOES-equipped machines.

Many construction machines feature hydraulic transmissions that are highly suitable for electric drive systems. In the case of tractors and other agricultural machinery, the existing gearbox is retained, along with its factory gear ratios and the PTO used to drive other trailed and mounted implements.

The ECOES conversion of existing used agricultural and construction machinery delivers significant economic benefits regarding both investment and operation, as it avoids the purchase of expensive new equipment by utilizing machines that are no longer in use or have suffered engine failure. Through the ECOES conversion process and the installation of a new electric drive system, these older agricultural and construction machines are revitalized, gaining a new service life of another 10 to 15 years.

AGRITRUCK is a multifunctional vehicle combining the capabilities of a tractor for field operations with those of a truck for road and highway travel. It is equipped with a rear hydraulic lift and a PTO offering 540 rpm and 1000 rpm speeds. The use of the ECOES electric AGRITRUCK generates a strong positive synergistic effect due to the dual economic and operational benefits, which significantly transform the economic efficiency of agricultural operations.

AGRITRUCK can be homologated and registered either as a vehicle of category N1, N2, and N3 or as a Tractor of category T1a and T1b, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 167/2013.

Registering the AGRITRUCK as a tractor makes it possible to benefit from tax and customs preferences, as well as other subsidies for agricultural machinery provided by various national governments.
