The CEO and owner of the JV and all companies within it is Dr. Eng. Atanas Gouchev
Dr. Eng. Atanas Gouchev has 45 years of experience in the automotive industry, comprising 15 years in public administration and 30 years in the private sector.
He holds two Master’s degrees in engineering and a doctorate:
- Master of Engineering in Internal Combustion Engines,
- Master of Engineering in the Repair and Operation of Automotive and Tractor Machinery,
- PhD in the Environmental Aspects of Automotive Engines.
Throughout these 45 years, Dr. Eng. Atanas Gouchev has been involved in the creation and management of complex engineering projects related to the manufacturing and transformation of specialized mobile machinery.

BULFIRE ECOES Ltd. (Bulgaria, EU) handles manufacturing and service operations, including supplying bare chassis equipped with CNG, LPG, and electric engines, as well as installing and fitting specialized superstructures. The company also converts new and used diesel-powered trucks, buses, and construction and agricultural machinery to run on CNG, LPG, or electric power.
BULFIRE ECOES Ltd. is a dedicated division of BULFIRE Ltd. established specifically to carry out ECOES conversions. For 30 years, BULFIRE Ltd. has manufactured complex transport vehicles commissioned by institutional clients. HISTORY
BULFIRE Ltd. was registered in 1997 for the design, production and servicing of special-purpose trucks – fire-fighting, emergency and rescue, airport, utility, agricultural, lifting and other special vehicles.
In 2002, BULFIRE Ltd. introduced the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 (OHSAS) quality management systems for the design, production and servicing of specialized trucks, for which the company is certified by SGS London.

Gold Medal59th International Technical Fair, Plovdiv, 2003
In 2003, BULFIRE Ltd. took part in the 59th International Technical Fair in Plovdiv. 2,619 companies from 42 different countries took part in this technical fair (425 companies from Germany, 274 from Italy, 111 from the Czech Republic and others). At this, the largest technical exhibition, BULFIRE Ltd. was awarded a gold medal for a special 4×4 emergency and rescue vehicle designed and manufactured by the company.
